1. From the event's dashboard, click on "Promotions" from the sidebar
2. Click on the "Mailer
3. Click on the options menu for mailer you want to scope
4. Click on "Name, audience and CC"
5. Click on "Send to"
6. From the dropdown, select "Specific tags"
7. From the Specific tag's dropdown, select the tag
8. Once all the details are entered, click on "Save"
