How to ensure that a meeting room does not allow multiple meetings at the same time ?

1. Click on "Meetings" from the sidebar

2. Click on "Setup" option

3. Under Rooms tab, click on "Add room"

4. Enter the details such as name and location.

5. The check/uncheck the box of "Allow double-booking" to allow multiple meetings to overlap at the same time, in the same room.

6. Click on "Save room" to create your meeting room.
