1. Click on "Gamification" from the sidebar
2. Click on "Levels" options
3. A page will open, displaying all the levels that have been set up. To edit an existing level, click on the edit pen icon on any level card.
4. Fill in/Update the mandatory details such as Name, icon, badge colour, and the total number of points a user receives to reach this level
5. You can also send a notification to a user on level up if the below-highlighted toggle button is ON.
6. Enter the Notification "Title" and "Text" fields.
7. Once the details are filled in, click on "Save points"
8. You can also delete a level by clicking on the "Delete" icon placed on the level card.
9. To add a new level, you can click on the "Add Level" option.
10. Fill out the details prompted to set up a new level and click on "Add"
