1. From the left panel on the dashboard, click on "Content".
2. Click on the Sponsors.
3. Click on "Manage Categories" to view the available sponsor categories.
4. Select the sponsor tier you want to configure.
5. Navigate to "About Field Character Limit" dropdown
6. Set the character limit option to Limited.
7. Enter the maximum number of characters allowed for the selected category under "Character Count".
8. Click on Save to apply your changes.
