1. From the left panel on the dashboard, click on "Content"
2. Click on Settings for Exhibitors.
3. Under the Show Chat tab, click the About Field Character Limit dropdown and change the value from Unlimited to Limited.
4. Click the "Character Count" field for setting the character limit.
5. Set the desired character and Click on "Save"
